KPTIK Prihatin Proses Rekrutmen Pencari Kerja, Antre Sampai Mengular
JAKARTA – Antrean panjang puluhan ribu pencari kerja di sejumlah Kantor Pos Cianjur baru-baru ini mengundang reaksi keras Komite Penyelarasan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (KPTIK).
Sebelumnya peristiwa serupa pernah terjadi di Jakarta Jobfair di sebuah mal di Jakarta pada 2022 lalu.
Wakil Ketua KPTIK Ir. Soegiharto Santoso, SH mengaku prihatin atas sistem rekrutmen tenaga kerja di Indonesia yang menyebabkan masyarakat pencari kerja harus membuat antrian panjang untuk melamar pekerjaan.
“Kondisi seperti ini sangat memprihatinkan. Kami menyesalkan perusahaan masih menggunakan cara konvensional dalam merekrut tenaga kerja. Ini sangat menyusahkan masyarakat. Kita seolah diajak kembali ke era sebelum pandemi yang masih menerapkan manual system,” tegas Soegiharto dalam pesan tertulisnya di Jakarta pada Jumat, (16/2/2024).
Seharusnya, kata Soegiharto, di era modern saat ini pihak perusahaan sudah menerapkan digitalisasi rekrutmen calon tenaga kerja.
“Agar tidak perlu terjadi antrian puluhan ribu pencari kerja yang berdesak-desakan, sementara yang diterima hanya sedikit orang. Kasihan masyarakat dipersulit padahal dengan online system semuanya akan sangat mudah,” ujar Soegiharto yang juga merupakan Ketua Umum Asosiasi Pengusaha Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi Nasional (APTIKNAS).
Dia memberi contoh, ada banyak perusahaan penyedia layanan bursa kerja yang sudah menggunakan sistem digital, salah satunya Cybersjob yang jasanya bisa digunakan untuk rekrutmen tenaga kerja.
Lewat penerapan sistem digital oleh perusahaan bursa kerja seperti ini, maka perusahaan atau pelaksana jobfair akan difasilitasi dan dikoneksikan dengan para pencari kerja sesuai kebutuhan.
“Jadi sistem yang akan mengatur rekrutmen sesuai lowongan yang tersedia dan kategori job pencari kerja yang dibutuhkan. Dengan cara ini tidak akan ada pemandangan antrian pencari kerja,” imbuhnya.
Ia juga menyesalkan pemerintah hanya diam melihat fenomena antrian pelamar kerja masih terjadi di pusat dan di daerah.
“Seharusnya pemerintah pusat dan daerah memberi teguran dan arahan kepada perusahaan atau pabrik agar sistem rekrutmen menggunakan teknologi digital secara mandiri atau bisa menggunakan jasa perusahaan penyedia bursa tenaga kerja dengan sistem online,” kata dia.
Dia menambahkan, fenomena antrian pencaker harus dihentikan. “Jangan ada lagi masyarakat antri berjam-jam dan desak-desakan hanya untuk kirim surat lamaran kerja. Pemerintah harus ambil sikap dan langkah nyata. Kami siap memberi solusi,” ujarnya.
Di kesempatan terpisah, salah satu pelaku usaha penyedia layanan bursa kerja dari Cybers Job, Victor Terinathe turut prihatin.
Ia mengatakan, untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut pihaknya menyediakan fasilitas buat perusahaan yang butuh tenaga kerja menggunakan jasa perusahaan Cybersjob.
Victor mengatakan, pihaknya membuka diri kepada perusahaan manapun untuk memanfaatkan jasanya menggunakan tekhnologi digital untuk mencari talent atau pencari kerja yang sesuai dengan standar perusahaan.
“Nanti kami akan melakukan psikotes untuk melakukan profile personalia kandidat sehingga profile tersebut bisa menggambarkan karakter kandidat sudah sesuai dengan harapan industrinya,” pungkasnya.
